Abstract

It deals with a field of nullity already frequently put forward in the Courts and yet still little studied. In the first place, the phenomenon of internet-addition as well as the so-called cyber-sex for its greater relation with marriage is described. An analogy is established with addition to alcohol and drugs and the affective immaturity it conveys is analyzed at length. It can be affirmed that on occasions addiction to internet in its different forms incapacitates to give a valid marriage consent.
