Biblical Exempla Addressed to Women in St. Jerome’s Epistolary

One of the methods used in antiquity for the social integration of their members are the models (exempla). Christianity is going to take these models of Scripture, but adapted to different circumstances and people. This article analyzes employment that St. Jerome take in his correspondence of these biblical models for women.
