This is about a case of dissolution of a canonical but not sacramental marriage «in favorem fidei» (in benefit of the faith) by Pope Benedict XVI, contracted with the dispensation of the impediment of disparity of cult. This highlights that the doubt wast wofold concerning the baptism of one of the parties. The advocate’s report of the bond is transcribed in its entirety.Downloads
