Abstract

The objective of this article is to expose the importance of establishing family relationships that favor the creation of a safe environment, in which children can rest and develop in a healthy way. What is done in the family will generate an imprint on mental health because it will affect the personality and balance for the present and the future of its members. Hence, ideas are exposed for an operation that can benefit mental health, child and adolescent.

Psicológa clínica. Terapeuta familiar y de pareja, doctora en Ciencias de la Educación por la Tesis "El Proyecto JUGAE", que demuestra la posibilidad de llevar a cabo intervención para la prevención de conductas desde la metodología sistémica en el contexto escolar (familia-escuela); PDI (ayudante doctor acreditada) de la Facultad Ciencias de la Salud (UNIR), divulgadora de temas psicología clínica y familia y pareja (radio, prensa y televisión).
