Abstract

The article explores how fear of exams affects students, using Beatriz's case as an example of anxiety and blocks. Several strategies are proposed to combat this fear, including self-evaluation of irrational beliefs and proper study organization. The relevance of confidence and effort on the road to academic success is highlighted. Actively facing fear and avoiding negative thoughts are key to improving performance.
