Internal proactivity is one of the socio-emotional competences that has major impact on the capacity of management of problems of any nature. In the educational field, internal proactivity is understood as the capacity to transform problems in challenges and adversities in oportunities, instead of what an external reactive attitude can do which is focusing in the past, generally to complain about what somebody has done. Internal proactivity search solutions that are available to us while external reactivity looks for somebody to blame. This is the reason why the first one turns out to be the axis of any positive change that is chase and, also, the source of personal and professional growth.Downloads
