Abstract

Itinerario+ is a project that aims to show that the vital trajectories of students coming from underprivileged backgrounds can be transformed by integrating formal and non-formal, personal and professional, as well as social and community aspects. Its aim is to generate an innovative model that guarantees that students become more socially and emotionally competent, more employable and have a life plan that allows them to make informed decisions about their future.

Elisa Goñi Gamella, Fundación Tomillo

Durante los últimos diez años ha trabajado a favor de la equidad educativa. Su experiencia se centra en el diseño, gestión y coordinación de programas y modelos de desarrollo profesional docente (acompañamiento docente, formación docente, coaching educativo, comunidades de aprendizaje docente), así como en la investigación e implementación de programas educativos que garanticen el desarrollo de competencias socioemocionales del alumnado de entornos desfavorecidos.

Diana Santos Luna, Fundación Tomillo

Profesora en Fundación Tomillo desde 2004 trabajando en la vuelta ilusionada de adolescentes al sistema educativo a través de la Formación Profesional.
