Abstract

Clara and Guillermo are two primary school teachers who a year ago made the decision to leave their jobs and go to Ethiopia to equalize opportunities with the children of the Nyangatom and Toposa tribe. Clara has been an English teacher for 5 years at the Santa María La Blanca school and the last three years as coordinator of the bilingualism department. Guillermo has two years of experience as a primary school teacher at the Monte Tabor school and another three years as a Spanish teacher in India. Both are clear that despite being very slow and in the long term, there is no better tool than education to create agents of change in one of the least developed societies, both economically and socially, on the entire planet.
