Abstract

Following the reform of the education system and the Ministry of Education’s White Paper, this article offers a new definition of the role of the tutor, describing them as a key figure in the personal, academic and career guidance of pupils. It outlines their roles in coordinating with families, teachers, guidance services and external teams.
