Abstract

During adolescence, students experiencing emotional difficulties often face challenges with concentration, which can adversely affect their daily functioning. This is because our emotional state significantly influences our ability to focus. To effectively support attention and learning, it is essential to foster environments and relationships, both at home and in educational settings, that promote the emotional well-being of young individuals.

    Investigadora en el Departamento de Investigación y Psicología en Educación (Facultad de Educación - Universidad Complutense de Madrid). Pedagoga y Máster en Investigación Educativa por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, donde finaliza sus estudios de Doctorado en Educación. Su investigación se centra en la promoción de la salud mental en la adolescencia y adultez emergente, pedagogía y diseño de entornos de aprendizaje para el bienestar. Coordina el Grupo de Apoyo para el Bienestar Emocional de la Facultad de Educación UCM.
