Teacher education in 2026 stands at a historic crossroads. It is not enough to innovate in form; it is essential to transform the substance. This article argues that the 21st-century teacher must be an agent of change, fostering critical thinking, social justice, and sustainability in the classroom. Through the various dimensions of the teaching process, the 4.7 Movement proposes a systemic change that transcends individual will to become an urgent political priority.
