Academic Integrity Policies in Educational Institutions

The article mainly deals with the importance of all educational institutions having an academic integrity policy to promote honesty, respect for authorship, proper citation, and the prevention of plagiarism. It also explains that this education should be developed progressively from early childhood through upper secondary school, and that in the age of artificial intelligence it is even more necessary to teach transparency and critical thinking.
