This paper aims to make visible the many children living in residential care in Spain, in order to highlight their special educational needs and, above all, their family needs. Its objective is to issue a call to the educational community, but also to each of its members, to take responsibility for, support, and care for these “invisible” children and adolescents who are between us, in our schools.
