Early school leaving remains a major educational challenge, raising concerns among both educators and families. As professionals and parents, we should be deeply concerned, as the persistence of this issue suggests that we may not yet fully understand its underlying causes or how best to address them. Beyond academic performance, the challenge is to help young people understand the value of effort, discover their purpose, and believe in their own potential. This invites us to reflect on how we inspire them to dream, grow, and remain engaged in their educational journey.
