Abstract

The Faculty of Canon Law organised an Academic Act to pay homage to Cardinal Navarrete. After a biographical sketch of the Cardinal recalling him as a master of canonists, Professor Aznar put forward the doctrine and jurisprudence on the so-called «bonum coniugum» (good of the spouses) as concept to be specified and applied to marriage trials.
