Abstract

Traditional management systems fail to respond adequately to the reality of religious pluralism. Labor market reflects this fact, Religious freedom in the workplace nowadays is recognised as having the potential to create debate. The aim of this issue is to study how can employees ensure their rights are being upheld when it comes to their religious beliefs. To achieve this goal we rely on an analysis of case-law.
