Keywords:
marriage, consent, nullity, incapacity, freedom, deliberationAbstract
Once the fundamental notions concerning the marriage consent are recalled and specified, the elements of the free act are examined on the part of the mind and of the will and its possible pathology, bearing in mind the psycho-somatic reality of the human person.
