In an educational context marked by acceleration, technification, and the fragmentation of experience, the humanistic formation of the educator becomes decisive once again. It is not merely a matter of strengthening professional competencies, but of cultivating a mode of presence capable of integrating knowledge, meaning, relationships, culture, and care. Education requires teachers who are formed both technically and humanistically, endowed with interiority, discernment, language, sensitivity, and a sense of horizon.
