The 9:20 Model conceptualizes teacher competence as professional performance in real contexts, organizing teaching practice into nine scenarios and twenty competences. Each competence is defined through a clear indicator and articulated across knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Its main potential lies in providing a shared professional language for reflection, self assessment, and collaborative dialogue, aligning individual teacher development with the collective improvement of schools.
