¿Hay que crear un delito de falsedad en documento parlamentario?

Este artículo reflexiona la situación de la vida política española en aquellos momentos y planteando la necesidad de fortalecer la institución parlamentaria. El autor defiende la creación del delito de falsedad en documento parlamentario como mecanismo para reforzar la seguridad jurídica y garantizar la veracidad en las actuaciones ante las Cortes. Concluyendo que las declaraciones falsas realizadas ante comisiones parlamentarias debían poder ser combatidas eficazmente por el Congreso y el Senado dentro de su propio ámbito de actuación.
