Abstract

Del 22 al 24 de marzo se celebró en Madrid la XVIII Sesión de la Conferencia Permanente de Ministros de Educación del Consejo de Europa. La reunión destacó por la amplia participación de ministros europeos y por las resoluciones adoptadas. Entre ellas, una instó a los Estados miembros a prestar ayuda solidaria para la reconstrucción de los sistemas educativos de los países de la antigua Yugoslavia, gravemente afectados por la guerra y por la llegada de alumnado refugiado.
