Fragmentación del orden jurídico, ¿cohesión del orden social?

El autor analiza la situación social y económica de España desde una concepción del Derecho orientada por valores y no limitada al positivismo jurídico. Destaca la coexistencia de normas que favorecían la humanización social, como las relativas a la Seguridad Social, la educación y la sanidad, junto a otras que perpetuaban obstáculos para ese desarrollo.
