Características básicas de la Reforma Laboral

El autor, desde su condición de profesor especializado, intentó analizar objetivamente la nueva regulación jurídica del trabajo. Tras unas consideraciones introductorias sobre las causas de la fiebre reformista, sostuvo que la reforma en tramitación no constituía una transformación global, sino fragmentaria en cuanto a su formalización. Asimismo, consideró que, en su gestación, no había sido libre, sino impuesta; y que, por su alcance, se trataba de una reforma intermedia orientada a compensar excesos y errores previos.
