Lo femenino como valor universal equivalente

Sin recurrir a concesiones anecdóticas, el artículo fundamentaba un feminismo basado en la igualdad entre varón y mujer. Esta igualdad constituía la base de una ética asentada en la dignidad femenina, entendida en reciprocidad con la del varón. Aunque la encíclica Mulieris dignitatem de Juan Pablo II había reconocido plenamente esa dignidad, el autor señalaba que no había recibido el mismo reconocimiento en la Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos.
