Abstract

A partir del análisis de los relatos de los viajes de Colón y de las denominaciones de Cuba y Juana, el autor revisaba la identificación de las tierras descubiertas y cuestionaba las reconstrucciones tradicionales de los itinerarios colombinos. Sostenía que el problema debía abordarse desde nuevos planteamientos interpretativos.
