¿Ética «empresarial»?

Las empresas parecen estar asumiendo la necesidad de incorporar a sus tomas de decisiones parámetros y referentes de tipo moral. Por otra parte, es un hecho innegable la generalización de la docencia de la ética en el currículum de las más prestigiosas Universidades y Escuelas de Negocios del mundo. El presente artículo reflexiona en torno a este fenómeno; describe el estado de la cuestión respecto a la llamada Business Ethics y apunta críticamente algunas insuficiencias tanto académicas cuanto derivadas de la aplicación práctica de la Ética en el ámbito empresarial.
