Abstract

Como todo movimiento social, la acción en favor de las personas con deficiencia mental ha estado sustentada, con mayor o menor intensidad y con más o menos acierto, en determinados componentes ideológicos. Sin ninguna pretensión exhaustiva se examinan en este trabajo aquellos elementos más importantes que han conformado esta ideología.
