La injerencia, más allá de lo humanitario

Casos como los de Somalia, Yugoslavia y, hace dos años Irak, plantean a la comunidad internacional una pregunta urgente: ¿hay que cruzarse de brazos? ¿Se trata de asuntos internos y hay que respetar el derecho internacional que prohíbe la «injerencia» en otros países? Existen aproximaciones múltiples a este problema. Se habla del deber de «injerencia humanitaria». El artículo, por cortesía y en simultaneidad con «Etudes», revista de los jesuitas franceses, es obra de un colectivo de auditores del Institut des Hautes Etudes de la Défense Nationale.
