El subtítulo de este estudio recoge una cuestión que preocupa a los responsables de la enseñanza de los alumnos, desde el nivel inferior al superior. La pregunta sobre la mala ortografía de las nuevas generaciones, para que no sea un estéril lamento, requiere un análisis objetivo de las causas que la provocan: ¿radica en el sistema ortográfico del castellano, o en su aprendizaje defectuoso? Para que nuestra lengua no sea maltratada en su uso diario, se requiere una correcta iniciación y un desarrollo sistemático durante su aprendizaje.
