Abstract

En América Latina, el proceso de constitucionalización de partidos aunque presentó ciertos paralelismos jurídicos con el europeo, obtuvo resultados diferentes. A lo largo de la historia del continente no llegó a consolidarse un sistema de partidos políticos ágil y eficaz, capaz de proporcionar niveles comparables de estabilidad y articulación institucional. Análisis de la situación política de Venezuela y Colombia.
