Con motivo del centenario de las Bases de Manresa de 1892, el estudio examinó este texto fundamental del catalanismo conservador, elaborado por la Unió Catalanista como propuesta de organización política para Cataluña. Las Bases defendían una amplia autonomía catalana dentro del Estado español y aspiraban a contribuir a la regeneración del sistema político de la Restauración mediante una articulación regionalista entre Cataluña y el poder central.
